Digital
Cameras are a great way to save money!
I love taking pictures! But it sure is an expensive
hobby.... I usually only get about four or five pictures that are
real keepers when I send a roll off to be developed. The rest are
OK, but they don't capture the moment the way I remember it... Last month
my wife gave me a digital camera -- it had dropped over 50% in the last
year for a comparable camera! Now I can take dozens of high resolution
pictures -- review them on any television, and delete the ones that don't
make the grade! I'll post a few here for you in the coming months.
But the best thing is getting prints -- 8 x 10 enlargements that look
as good as my professionallyt finished photos! At a fraction of the
cost! You can do the same! All you need is a good digital camera
with 1024 x 780 resolution or better and a high quality photo realistic
printer.

To print pictures that
rival the ones returned by professional photo finishers, get a good quality
printer. I've been using an HP 890c Inkjet printer -- and few people can tell
the difference between the 8x10's I print and the ones returned from the photo
lab!
